DHM (The Digital Home Manual) is operated by Digital Home Manual LLC, the operator of digitalhomemanual.com and app.digitalhomemanual.com. For any question about these terms, billing, or your account, email admin@digitalhomemanual.com.
By creating an account or using DHM (The Digital Home Manual), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the property, room, item, document, and tradesperson information you add to DHM. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.
Paid plans are subscriptions. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for monthly plans, yearly for annual plans — and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can cancel at any time from your Profile page: open Profile, choose Manage billing, and cancel your subscription in the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you will not be charged again. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also email admin@digitalhomemanual.com and we will cancel it for you.
Annual plans may be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Monthly plans are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and will not be charged again. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your Profile page. To request a refund on an annual plan, email admin@digitalhomemanual.com within that 30-day window.
Do not use DHM to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
DHM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored records will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DHM and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DHM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
