DHM (The Digital Home Manual) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account or add property, room, item, document, and tradesperson details to your home manual. We also collect limited technical information (such as device and log data) needed to operate the service securely.
Your content is used solely to provide DHM to you: to display, organize, search, and share your home records at your direction. We do not sell your personal information.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
You can update or delete content in your account at any time. Signed-in users can use the Profile page to download an Export account data file or use Delete account to permanently remove their profile and stored home records.
Questions about this policy can be sent through the support or contact channel provided for your DHM account.
