What happens to my home in DHM if I sell the house?

You have two options. Use the Share button on your property page to generate a read-only public link you can send to the new owners — they don't need an account. If you no longer want the record at all, use Delete to remove the property and everything inside it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How does the share link work?

When you tap Share, we generate a unique web link tied to that property. Anyone with the link can view your rooms, items, finishes, and notes — but they can't edit anything or see your account. You can revoke the link at any time from the share dialog, which immediately stops it from working.

How much video storage do I get?

Accepted Answer

The Owner plan includes 5 GB of video storage per property. The Pro plan includes 25 GB per property. We'll warn you when you cross 80% of your limit, and uploads stop at 100%. You can free up space by deleting older videos, or upgrade your plan from the Billing page.

What happens when I hit my storage limit?

You'll see a warning banner on the room and property pages once you pass 80%. At 100% you won't be able to record or upload new videos until you delete some or upgrade. Existing videos stay safe — we never delete your content automatically.

What's the difference between the Owner and Pro plans?

Owner ($9.99/mo or $99.99/yr) covers 1 property with 5 GB of video. Pro ($29.99/mo or $299/yr) covers up to 4 properties with 25 GB of video each, plus direct email support. Builder Pro ($150/mo or $1,500/yr) covers up to 10 properties with concierge onboarding. You can switch between plans anytime from the Billing page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your Profile page. You'll keep access until the end of your current paid period and won't be charged again. After that the account reverts to view-only until you resubscribe.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Annual plans may be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Monthly plans are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and will not be charged again. For an annual refund, email admin@digitalhomemanual.com within 30 days of your purchase.

Is my home data private?

Accepted Answer

Your data is private to your account by default. Nothing is visible to other users or the public unless you explicitly create a share link for a specific property. We never sell your data.

Can I share access with my contractor or designer?

Accepted Answer

Yes — generate a share link from the property page and send it over. They'll see everything in read-only mode. For ongoing collaborative editing across multiple accounts, that's on our roadmap.

What if I have more than 4 properties?

Builder Pro ($150/mo or $1,500/yr) covers up to 10 properties. For portfolios larger than that, email admin@digitalhomemanual.com and we'll sort out a custom plan.
